Welcome to Bentham e-books

Bentham Science Publishers is a major STM journal publisher of 89 online and print journals, over 200 open access journals, and related print/online book series. Bentham Science answers the information needs of the pharmaceutical, biomedical and medical research communities.

Bentham now aims an ambitious program for the publication of e-books in all areas of science, technology, medicine and social sciences. . The e-books will be of the highest quality and are aimed at the academic, business professional, and graduate, under-graduate student communities worldwide.

We welcome you to join our expanding list of authors, including Nobel laureates, to leading scientists and talented researchers in their fields of expertise. All e-books will be rapidly published to the highest production standards. Readers will have the choice to read all book chapters or selected chapters of e-books. Bentham e- Books also offers authors the option to have their chapters published as open access ( free-to-view). Printed copies of books may be considered by the publisher providing that there are advanced orders for these or alternatively they are financed by a sponsor.

Instead of writing an entire book you may wish to be the Editor of an e-book or an e-book series in a "hot topic" area , in which case chapters may be contributed by other eminent persons. Proposals for single authored books and edited proceedings are also welcome.

Should you be interested in editing or authoring an e-book or e-book series, then please could you send your written proposal by email to our e-Book Editorial Manager at eBooks@bentham.org or alternatively to mahmood@bentham.org

Your e-book proposal should contain the following information, Summary / aims of e-book or e-book series ; Key advantages (how your book or series would benefit to the readers and stand out from exisiting publications); Table of Contents (listing Chapters and the estimated page length); Names and addresses of any contributing authors, including information on their proposed section/Chapter; Type of book (e.g. monograph, handbook, proceedings, textbook, review volume); Intended readership and level; Estimated date of submission; and names of possible reviewers to your proposal. Also please forward to us your detailed C.V. and list of publications along with your e-book proposal.
